Order Processing

All orders are processed within 1–2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email.

You will receive another notification once your order has shipped.

During periods of high demand or promotions, processing times may be slightly extended.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

Estimated delivery times:

  • Standard Shipping (U.S.): 3–7 business days after shipment
  • Expedited options: If available, delivery estimates will be shown at checkout

Please note that delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed.

Shipping Locations

We currently ship to:

  • United States only

We do not ship internationally at this time.

Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number.
Tracking information may take up to 24 hours to update after shipment.

Shipping Delays

Hypersport is not responsible for delays caused by:

  • Carriers
  • Weather conditions
  • Incorrect or incomplete shipping addresses
  • Customs or regulatory delays (if applicable in the future)

If your order is significantly delayed, please contact us and we’ll do our best to assist.

Lost or Stolen Packages

Hypersport is not responsible for lost or stolen packages once they are marked as delivered by the carrier.

If your package is marked delivered but you have not received it:

  • Check with neighbors or building management
  • Contact the carrier directly

Incorrect Shipping Information

Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout.
We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrectly provided addresses.

If an order is returned to us due to an incorrect address, reshipping costs may apply.
