At Hypersport, we stand behind the quality of our products and want you to feel confident in your purchase.
Because our products are consumable supplements, we have a return policy designed to balance customer satisfaction with health and safety standards.
Returns
We accept returns of unused and unopened products within 30 days of delivery.
To be eligible for a return:
- The product must be unopened, unused, and in its original packaging
- Individual unopened stick packs are eligible for return
- Opened or used products are not eligible for return or refund
Returned products must be in a condition suitable for inspection upon receipt.
Non-Returnable Items
For health and safety reasons, we do not accept returns on:
- Opened or used products
- Products with broken seals
- Products returned outside the 30-day window
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved:
- Refunds will be issued to the original payment method
- Shipping costs are non-refundable
- Refunds typically process within 5–10 business days
Exchanges
We do not currently offer direct exchanges.
If you wish to try a different product, please place a new order after your return is processed.
Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with:
- Your order number
- Photos of the issue
We will replace the item or issue a refund at no additional cost.

Final Sale Items
Promotional items, clearance items, and gift cards are final sale and are not eligible for return or refund.
